Cancellation Policy If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment please provide, atleast, 48 hours notice. In doing so, this allows time for other clients to schedule. If a salon guest consistently cancels their appointment the day of, or no shows without calling, future appointments will need to be prepaid and are non-refundable. Confirmation calls, texts, and/or email reminders are a courtesy, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment whether you receive a courtesy call/text/email or not. *LATE ARRIVALS* If you arrive late, your appointment may be modified to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours. A 25% cancelation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
